TABERSTRADES LICENSE AGREEMENT
Digital Seamless Pattern – Standard License
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between TabersTrades (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital file from TabersTrades, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
1. PRODUCT DETAILS
• Digital Product Only – No physical item will be shipped
• Seamless Pattern
• File Type: Flattened PNG
• Size: 12 × 12 inches
• Resolution: 300 DPI, high resolution
• Commercial use permitted under the terms below
• Test printing is recommended; TabersTrades is not responsible for printing or manufacturing errors
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Upon purchase, Licensee receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the artwork under the following conditions:
Permitted Uses
Licensee may:
• Use the artwork for personal use
• Use the artwork for small business commercial use if the business earns less than $50,000 USD in gross annual revenue
• Create up to 500 physical end-products (e.g., stickers, tumblers, apparel, packaging, handmade items)
• Use the artwork only when your business is producing the final physical product
3. PROHIBITED USES
Licensee may NOT:
Digital & Redistribution Restrictions
• Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital file in any form
• Sell or distribute the artwork in digital format
• Claim the artwork as your own
• Modify, alter, recolor, deconstruct, or create derivative artwork (including clipart, PNGs, or new designs)
Print-on-Demand (POD) Restrictions
Use on POD platforms is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
• Printful
• Printify
• Society6
• Redbubble
• Zazzle
• Teepublic
• Spoonflower
• Other POD fabric or fulfillment sites
Marketplace Restrictions
You may NOT use the artwork on products sold on:
• Shein
• Temu
• AliExpress
• Alibaba
• Similar mass production marketplaces
Product-Specific Restrictions
You may NOT:
• Sell wrapping paper using this design without purchasing an additional license
• Sell fabric, wallpaper, stationery, or craft supply sheets without purchasing an additional license
• Use the artwork in trademarks or logos
• Use the artwork “as-is” without incorporating it into a physical product
4. ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Businesses exceeding any of the following must purchase an Extended Commercial License:
• More than $50,000 USD in annual revenue
• More than 500 units produced
• Wholesale production
• Fabric, wallpaper, or craft supply manufacturing
A separate license is required per design.
5. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
• All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with TabersTrades
• Licensee receives usage rights only; ownership is not transferred
• Designs are sold AS IS
6. REFUNDS & SUPPORT
• Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges are offered
• By purchasing, you confirm you understand how to use the file
• For best results, test printing is recommended
7. LIABILITY
TabersTrades is not responsible for:
• Printing errors
• Manufacturing issues
• Losses incurred from misuse of the file
• Third-party platform restrictions or takedowns
8. TERMINATION
This license is automatically revoked if:
• The Licensee violates any term of this Agreement
• The artwork is used in any prohibited manner
Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease use and delete all copies of the file.
